I have been a furniture manufacturer in the State of Washington for almost eighteen years. It has been quite a rollercoaster ride. Trying to run production and work with customers at the same time can be challenging to say the least. I met Dave Krygier as one of my customers in 1999. Little did I know how important meeting him would be.

There was a time when I wasn't sure what direction to go with my business. Nothing was working to bring in new business, and the economy had slowed in 2001. Dave contacted me out of the blue. We met and talked. He was able to get me to start thinking "out of the box". Being buried in production, had me doing whatever my customers wanted.
